Contact form

When you submit the contact form at dvedee.com/book.html, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. Phone number and session type are optional. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential booking.

Booking agreement

When you sign a booking agreement, we collect your name, email address, session details (date, time, location, type, duration, fee), your electronic signature, and your responses to three consent questions. This information is stored in Airtable and used to manage your booking.

Client galleries

If you are set up with a private client gallery, your email address may be collected to send you gallery access details and an expiry reminder. This is optional and used only for delivery of your photos.

Personal information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare and manage your booking, deliver your photo gallery, and send relevant session communications. We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit permission, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Your delivered photographs are stored on Cloudflare R2, a secure cloud storage service. Client galleries are password-protected and accessed only via time-limited signed URLs. Photos in your private gallery are not publicly accessible and are not indexed by search engines. Galleries are deleted after their expiry date.

Your booking agreement includes a consent question about whether we may use your photographs on the dvedee.com portfolio, social media, and promotional materials. If you consent, images may be used for this purpose. If you decline, your images will not appear publicly. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing dylan@dvedee.com.

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, and referral source. It uses cookies to distinguish visitors. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this site:

• Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form submissions and booking confirmations.
• Airtable — secure storage of signed booking agreements.
• Cloudflare R2 — secure storage for client photo galleries.
• Netlify — website hosting and serverless functions.
• Google Analytics — anonymised site usage analytics.

Each of these services processes data only as needed to provide the function described. None of your personal data is sold.
