These terms cover your use of dvedee.com, the website of Dylan van Druten Photography, based in Brooklyn, New York. By using the site you agree to them. If you book a session, your booking agreement also applies, and where the two differ the booking agreement wins.

All photos on this site

Every photograph and film on dvedee.com is the work of Dylan van Druten and is protected by copyright. Please do not copy, download, edit, or republish them, or use them to train AI models, without written permission. Sharing a link to a page is always welcome.

Your own photos

If you are a client, how you may use the photos from your session is set out in your booking agreement.

Prices and package details on this site are a guide and may change. The price that applies to your session is the one in your signed booking agreement. Sending the contact form is an enquiry, not a booking: a session is confirmed once the booking agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. Deposits, rescheduling, and cancellations are covered by the booking agreement.

Private galleries and file transfer links are for you and the people you choose to share them with. Please keep your password private. Galleries are available until the expiry date shown on the gallery, after which the files are deleted, so download everything you want to keep before then.

Prints ordered through a client gallery are paid for by card through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. They are printed by a professional lab and shipped to the address you give at checkout. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email hello@dvedee.com and I will look into it with the lab.

Links to other sites

The site links to other services such as Instagram, Google, Stripe, and Airbnb. I am not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

No guarantees

I work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as is. Information such as the golden hour times and the light forecast on the Book page is a guide only, based on public weather data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dylan van Druten Photography is not liable for any loss that comes from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

How your information is collected and used is explained in the privacy policy.

These terms may be updated from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version. They are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
